About Us Small-shoes.co.uk is just two people: Chris and Janet Granger. We aim to supply elegant shoes in the small sizes that the high street shoe shops no longer stock, and we do this in an efficient, professional way, mailing shoes to customers who select them from the display our website and then order them through the online shopping cart, or by telephone.

We do not have a shop, but operate from our home, in times in between all the other things we need to do at home. This means that we choose certain times to process orders and to answer emails and phone calls, rather than being in a full-time call centre at all times of the day. By concentrating on our customers at these chosen times, we aim to give the best service possible.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the shoes displayed on this website, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK but within the EU zone, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, OR ANYWHERE ELSE OUTSIDE THE UK OR EUROPE - nor do we sell to anyone who resides outside the UK or Europe, even if they know of a UK address to which we can send the purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling Orders for shoes and boots will be sent by Royal Mail within the UK, or Airmail 'Signed For' to EU addresses. Shipping charges depend on the type of item and the location for delivery:

Within the UK:
Shoes £3 per pair
Boots £5 per pair
Small accessories (sent Second Class) a smaller charge, which depends on the item

EU destinations:
Shoes (sent Airmail Recorded Delivery) £7.00 per pair
Boots (sent Airmail Recorded Delivery) £11.50 per pair
Small accessories (sent Airmail ) a smaller charge, which depends on the item
Delivery Schedule We will normally post your parcel to you within 2-4 business days of receiving the order, except under rare circumstances, such as a holiday, when it may be a little longer.
Back Orders If a particular item you have ordered cannot be supplied, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order or to choose an alternative.
Tax Charges As small-shoes.co.uk is not registered for VAT, VAT is not charged on any of the products.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are handled only by Protx, on their very secure server. We never see your credit card details, and they are not held in clear text on any web site. We are also part of the 3D Secure scheme, by which VISA, Mastercard and Maestro cardholders can benefit from extra security by registering their card for 3D Secure.
Guarantee You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days from the day after receiving your order. You may cancel, in writing, by email, fax or post at the addresses given under the 'Reaching Us' section, below. We guarantee to refund the full purchase price within 30 days of cancellation. Any such unwanted item(s) remain the property of small-shoes.co.uk and must be returned to us at your own expense, unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If they are not returned, we will collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
Of course, if a product is faulty or damaged when it reaches you, then we will replace it or give you a full refund of the cost of the item, immediately on its return to us, and also refund any postage cost you have incurred. Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card account, or by cheque payable to the signatory of the original cheque.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy Small-shoes.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Data collected by this site is used to:

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy If, for any reason, a pair of shoes is to be returned for exchange or a full refund it must be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging so as to avoid any damage. The package must be sent by Royal Mail and a certificate of posting should be obtained (or by Airmail if from the EU).You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
If they don't fit and you have to send them back to exchange for another size, you will be charged for posting the second pair to you. To reduce the likelihood of this happening, we recommend that you email us the measurements of your feet so that we can send you an estimate of the most likely size of shoes to order, before making your purchase - that way, you will be much less likely to order the wrong size.

Please fill in the RETURNS FORM supplied with the order.

If an item other than shoes is to be returned for a full refund it must be returned, unused and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging so as to avoid any damage. The package must be sent by Royal Mail and a certificate of posting should be obtained (or by Airmail if from the EU). You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
