    This is a large and well-organised site, styles available in the smallest size of 31 (European) - inc. half sizes, too. They do not list widths available. Prices are from around 90 euros per pair (or 65 euro for some sandals, up to 219 euro for boots).The shipping charge is a bit high, at 15 euros per order (about #10), and returns are at your cost.
